Professional counseling fees are determined by one or more factors, however The Upper Room Counseling Services desire to make these services more accessible to those in need.
Our counselors are able to work with most insurance companies in remitting payments for all services received.
All of our providers will accept self-pay clients, and some offer a sliding-scale payment option. Some of our counselors work exclusively on these terms and will assist you with establishing an agreement. Your specific fee typically depends on your family’s gross annual income, but these private details will only be discussed between you and your therapist.
In some cases, The Upper Room Counseling Services is able to work with local partner, Reach Church, to counterbalance costs. This assistance is a case-by-case consideration and any aid will be determined according to need and in cooperation with Reach Church, the individual counselor, and the person(s) in need.
